The Hundred Languages of Children
The catalogue of a large exhibition, born international, and travelling the world since 2008; it speaks of the developments and the innovative drive of the educational experience in Reggio Emilia. The latest projects conducted in Reggio Emilia’s municipal infant-toddler centres and preschools are presented in five different sections. The catalogue is a broad interdisciplinary kaleidoscope, traversing different languages and media. The metaphor that represents the entire cultural project is a democratic square, a place open to debate for the construction of a new idea and experience of citizenship.
