Valentina Violi

 Valentina Violi has been a pedagogista in the Pedagogical Co-ordination of the Istituzione of Preschools and Infant-toddler Centres of the Municipality of Reggio Emilia since 2016, and co-ordinates infant-toddler centres and preschools.

She graduated in Psychology at Bologna University.

She worked as a psychologist from 2003-2010 in Modena’s university-linked hospital system and from 2007-2010 as psychotherapist and psychologist.

From 2008-2015 she worked in various experiences of pedagogical co-ordination, and as a reference for children and young people with special rights in co-operative-run educational services and different municipalities in the province of Reggio Emilia.

For Reggio Children she collaborates on the realisation of professional learning journeys, through participating in seminars and workshops in Italy and abroad.
